Warranty and Return Policy

1. Limited 12-Month Warranty

All Spinex pickleball paddles are covered by a limited 12-month structural warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty applies to:

  • Structural defects in the paddle body
  • Manufacturing faults affecting normal play
  • Workmanship issues not caused by misuse or impact damage

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, or paint wear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
  • Impact damage from hitting hard objects, fences, floors, or posts
  • Modified paddles, including grip replacement beyond normal regripping
  • Damage caused by extreme heat, cold, or moisture exposure

4. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@spinexpickleball.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the paddle.

All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Spinex reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty.

If your claim is approved, Spinex covers the shipping costs, including any return label we send you and delivery of your replacement. If you have already paid to send the paddle to us and your claim is approved, email us the postage receipt and we will reimburse the reasonable cost.

5. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the original delivery date for pickleball paddles.

To be eligible for a return, paddles must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging
  • Free from marks, damage, or signs of play

The conditions in sections 5 to 8 apply to change-of-mind returns. They do not limit your rights if a paddle is faulty (see section 11).

6. Return Shipping

Who pays for return shipping depends on why the paddle is coming back:

  • Faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent: Spinex covers return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back and we will send you a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind: you pay for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

7. Returns After Use

Paddles that show signs of use are not eligible for standard returns.

If a used paddle is returned and accepted at Spinex’s discretion, a restocking or processing fee may apply.

8. Damaged or Ineligible Returns

Paddles returned in damaged condition or outside the return window are not eligible for a refund.

If requested, ineligible items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

10. Policy Limitations

This Warranty & Return Policy applies only to pickleball paddles purchased directly from Spinex Pickleball.

Spinex reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

11. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods.
